In the final weeks before the 2020 General Election, Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg funneled hundreds of millions of dollars into the Center for Tech and Civil Life (CTCL), an organization which customarily gives grants to local election offices and other government entities to assist with costs for preferred operations. PILF offers this online resource as a living, and therefore regularly updated page dedicated to accounting for Silicon Valley monies flowing into local election offices. Due to the CTCL’s reporting requirements on recipient governments stretching well into 2021, figures listed here are subject to change. All documentation republished by PILF were sourced directly from applicable government offices utilizing local freedom of information/open records laws.
