Mac Warner, West Virginia Secretary of State, joins PILF President, J. Christian Adams to discuss the challenges he faced to clean up voter rolls in West Virginia.

When Secretary Warner came into office, he faced many challenges including bloated voter rolls and an entrenched government bureaucracy. He has successfully made West Virginia’s elections more secure by removing over 360,000 names from the voter roll.
