Some of these addresses are strip clubs, bars, vacant lots, an abortion clinic, and fast-food places.
Nevada
PILF investigators hit the ground and visited suspicious addresses on Nevada’s voter roll. Some of these addresses included casinos, the Larry Flynt Hustler Club, bars, and a Sonic drive-in. The one thing investigators did not find at these addresses was the voter.
These errors on the voter roll in Nevada are especially important because every single active registered voter is automatically mailed a ballot. PILF sued Nevada election officials to force them to fix these errors and successfully stopped mail ballots from going to commercial addresses where people do not live.
Arizona
Next, PILF investigators traveled across the battleground state of Arizona inspecting hundreds of commercial addresses listed as residences on the state’s voter roll. Highlights of some of these commercial addresses included the Arizona Cardinals front office, an abortion clinic, golf courses, fast food chains, gas stations, smoke shops, and liquor stores. Again, investigators didn’t find the voter.
Arizona has a long history of problems with election administration. Just this year, it was revealed that a so-called “glitch” incorrectly marked 98,000 registrants as having provided documentary proof of citizenship. In 2022, a ballot-printing problem caused tabulators to reject some ballots and led to long lines on Election Day. Additionally, the Arizona Attorney General’s investigation into the 2020 election revealed up to 200,000 ballots were transported without the proper chain of custody from ballot drop boxes.
