Published On: September 08th, 2025

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) is pleased to announce that President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams will participate as a featured panelist at the America First Policy Institute’s (AFPI) event, Recent Progress in Election Security Policy, set for October 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at AFPI’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.

The event will convene national leaders, policymakers, and election experts for a wide-ranging discussion on the state of election security in the United States. Topics will include the accuracy and transparency of voter rolls, the progress made under the current administration, and the challenges that remain to ensure fair and secure elections.

Panelists will include a Member of Congress, a Commissioner from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, a representative from the Department of Justice, and Adams, who brings decades of experience in election law and litigation.

The discussion will be moderated by AFPI’s Hogan Gidley and will conclude with a live Q&A session. The event will also be livestreamed to a nationwide audience, underscoring the broad public interest in protecting election integrity.

“American elections are only as strong as the integrity of the voter rolls that underpin them,” said J. Christian Adams. “We’ve seen encouraging steps in recent months to improve transparency and accountability, but there is more to be done.”
