ALEXANDRIA, VA (August 28, 2026) –Honest Elections Project, Paul Clement with the Center for Election Confidence, and Judicial Watch filed amicus briefs supporting the Public Interest Legal Foundation’s (PILF) appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court in its Hawaii voter roll-access case. The appeal asks the Court to confirm that the National Voter Rights Act’s (NVRA) public transparency requirements apply nationwide.
