The Supreme Court did not issue Cert on the Republican Party’s lawsuit. Instead, it issued Cert on President Trump’s lawsuit on the same issue of Colorado banning him from the ballot. PILF filed a merits brief in that case, Trump v. Anderson. Case documents are available here.
