Virginia Voter’s Alliance, et al. v. Leider

PILF filed a lawsuit in federal court against Ann Leider, the general registrar of voters in the City of Alexandria, Virginia for failure to remove ineligible persons from the city’s voter rolls and for failure to provide records related to voter roll maintenance and possible non-citizen voters, as required by federal law.
