Stop Foreign Citizens from Voting in NYC Elections

Earlier this year, New York City passed a law that allowed foreign citizens to vote in municipal elections. Legislators made explicit statements that this bill was passed with the intent to increase the voting power of Asians and Hispanics.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation filed a 15th Amendment lawsuit on behalf of four black New York City voters.

The lead plaintiff in our case, Phyllis Coachman, joins PILF President J. Christian Adams to discuss the lawsuit.

Help us fight back against this law that was passed with clear racial intent. Donate to the case here.
