This week, the Public Interest Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit in Fairfax. The County is violating Virginia law by accepting and approving applications for absentee and mail-in ballots that do not include the last four digits of the applicant’s Social Security number, as required under Virginia statues.
This lawsuit was filed amid an extremely tight race for governor in Virginia. PILF President J. Christian Adams joined The John Fredericks Show to discuss the case. He claimed that election rules need to be followed so people have trust in election outcomes.
The core of this lawsuit is about protecting Virginians’ right to vote!
