Episode 9: NYC’s Foreign Citizens Voting Law Violates the 15th Amendment

Earlier this year, New York City passed a law that allowed foreign citizens to vote in municipal elections. We filed a lawsuit that this law was passed with racial intent and, therefore, violates the 15th Amendment.
