BREAKING: PILF Statement on the DOJ Suing Georgia Over Its Election Integrity Law

(Alexandria, VA) – June 25, 2021: Today, the Department of Justice announced that they are suing Georgia, alleging that the states recently passed election integrity law violates the Voting Rights Act’s protections for minority voters.

“Georgia’s election integrity laws are common sense,” said The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) President J. Christian Adams. “They mirror what the Department of Justice pre-cleared over a decade ago. This is what happens when radical activists have government power.”
